Android: H264 Hardware Decoder Library

Overview:

Surodev Android H264 Hardware Decoder is a library that will help developers integrate H264 decoding capability on Android devices.

The library it can be used with  JNI(C/C++), Delphi , C++ Builder , Java.

Compability:

The library is compatible to use with devices powered by Android 2.3 and greater.

Software Decoding:

The library is capable of software decoding too, meaning that if hardware decoding is not available, it will automatically fallback on software decoding, or the developer could choose to use software decoding only.
